Mango pops

Mango pop

Here is a take on a creamy, fruity pop using mango, banana and crème fraîche. The recipe is the same as the berry cream pop, except that I swap out the berries and replace them with fresh or frozen mango pieces.

Fresh mango only tastes good when in season, and it’s not in season right now, so I used frozen mango pieces.

Tips You can taste test the liquid before freezing it, or you can even drink it as a smoothie.

I use Tovolo Yellow Groovy Pop Molds, but you don’t have to invest in all that plastic. A paper cup and paper stick balanced with some foil or wax paper will do the trick as well.
