The vanilla honey ice cream makes great ice cream pops. And it’s not just the kids that like vanilla ice cream!
Note This can be lactose-free when you use vanilla yogurt that has been cultured for 24 hours.
Add some chips to the vanilla honey ice cream mixture and churn in an ice cream maker until the ice cream can be added to the pop molds without the chips falling to the bottom. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for about 10 minutes and then try adding the chips.
Place the pops in the freezer for about 3 hours and then enjoy! We have only just begun to explore the popsibilities (Sorry, I couldn’t resist).
