    Strawberry Yogurt Bowl

    Quite often I start off the day with a bowl of yogurt. It has a smooth, creamy texture, making it easy on the waking digestive system. And I like the shot of probiotics.

    Waffle Cones {almond flour}

    Last August, in the middle of writing the coconut flour cookbook, I finally bought a waffle cone maker! I’ve been wanting one for years and after seeing Caitlin’s waffle cones, I took the plunge. What took me so long? Geez.

    Pumpkin Ice Cream {no-churn}

    Ripe bananas are my lifeline to sweetening many things naturally, including sugar-free, dairy-free ice cream. I make sure to always have some peeled, frozen bananas in the freezer for instant ice cream and thick, creamy smoothies.

    Orange Cranberry Muffins {using almond & coconut flour}

    I’m a cranberry groupie. I love its tartness and how it compliments sweet and savory flavors. I can eat cranberry sauce with just about any savory dish.
