Watermelon Strawberry Pops
These pops are lactose-free when you culture your
yogurt
for 24 hours (for SCD). Use any yogurt you prefer, including dairy-free yogurt.

Ingredients

watermelon
cubed

cup
strawberries
fresh or frozen, trimmed

tablespoons
honey
or maple syrup

cup
dripped yogurt
Greek style or other thick yogurt

juice
or water

Instructions
Add the watermelon and honey to a blender and blend well.
Add the strawberries and remaining ingredients and blend well.
Place the liquid in pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
