16ouncesShrimp (about 24 shrimp)fresh or frozen, medium size; thaw frozen shrimp overnight in refrigerator; unshelled and deveined; cooked or uncooked
2garlic clovespeeled and crushed or minced
pinch or 2 of salt
Instructions
Warm a large frying pan on a medium heat.
Add the oil and garlic. Sauté the garlic for a minute or so. Taste and add a pinch or 2 of salt.
Add the shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes or until cooked no longer transparent.
