For SCD, you can use a brand of balsamic vinegar if there's no sugar added, or sub with red wine vinegar.I sometimes add a tablespoon of cashew cream to the pasta as well for an extra creaminess.You'll notice that I use a mix of high heat oil (coconut and sunflower) and then a tablespoon of olive oil. Since olive oil burns at a lower temperature, I mix in a higher heat oil so I can still have some of the flavor of olive oil in my recipe.
