1cupsliced almondsraw or roasted
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
2tablespoonsmaple syrupor honey
pinch of saltoptional
Instructions
Add the almonds to a food processor.
Pulse until almonds are broken down into small pebbles.
Add the cocoa and maple syrup and pulse to blend the ingredients fully.
Use a spatula to move the mixture to a piece of parchment paper and spread the mixture across it. You can press it flat by folding over the paper or place the paper in a pan and press it into the pan.
