Glazed Chocolate Donuts {grain free}
I've had the best results with a
silicon donut mold
, but you can use any donut mold. Just oil the mold generously so it's easy to remove the donuts. Alternatively, you can make these into muffins or cupcakes using parchment cupcake liners.

blanched almond flour

baking soda

cacao powder
or cocoa powder

maple syrup
or honey

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉.
Generously oil a donut mold.
Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk to blend.
Pour the batter into each donut hole and fill about two thirds of the way.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and glaze. Place the donuts in the refrigerator or a cool place for several minutes to let the glaze set.
Store the donuts at room temperature for a day or so, or in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
