This simple glaze can be used for donuts, muffins, cupcakes, and cakes.I recommend using refined coconut oil because the coconut flavor will be very mild and not detectable. Unrefined will work as well but will have a subtle coconut flavor.Cacao butter will also work as a substitute for coconut oilThis makes enough glaze for 8 donuts, however you can make more if you like donuts more heavily glazed.
