Raspberry Syrup
For SCD, use honey.

Ingredients

raspberries

honey
or maple syrup
Instructions
Place the raspberries and honey in a saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the berries are completely soft. Stir occasionally.
Cool the berry mixture and strain the seeds out using a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag.
Store the syrup in the refrigerator for a few weeks, or freeze in covered ice cube trays.
