This tart crust (page 123) can be used for quiches and tarts, sweet or savory. The seasonings can be changed to suit your own preferences or what you have on hand. And you can use blanched almond flour, or try almond meal for a more rustic tart.Note: The description for this recipe in the cookbook refers to adding feta cheese in the filling. My apologies!
