This is nut-free when you use coconut milk, but you can use almond milk or cashew milk or another milk you prefer. You can also add yogurt or cream in place of milk for a thicker smoothie.To grate the beet, you can do it by hand with a vegetable peeler (and have really red hands at the end), or do what I do: I use my food processor with the shredding attachment and then add the remaining ingredients to finish make smoothie.

2cups frozen raspberries
2frozen bananas peel before freezing
1/2cupcoconut milkor adjust depending on the texture you prefer
