2teaspoonsground cinnamon
3tablespoonsmaple syrupor honey
Instructions
Place the apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl and toss with a spoon or spatula until the apples are well coated.
Heat a saucepan or large frying pan on low to medium heat.
Melt the oil or butter in the pan, and then add the apple mixture.
Cook the apples, tossing occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until they're tender but still hold their shape. Add a bit of water as needed to keep the apples moist.
