Gentle Butternut Squash Soup

butternut squash
cut into cubes or small pieces

gentle vegetable broth

salt
or to taste
Instructions
Add the squash, broth, and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer with the top on for about 20 minutes or until the butternut squash is very soft.
Cool for about 10 minutes and then puree in a high speed blender.
Store in the refrigerator for a few days or freeze for a few months.
