You can make this a few ways. Steam the veggies for about 20 minutes or until they are soft. You can simmer them in a stockpot with water for about 20 minutes or until they are soft.For frozen veggies (no additives) you can steam or simmer then in water for about 10 minutes or until soft.I recommend starting out with carrots, butternut squash, and zucchini. Once those are well tolerated you can add in peas, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, and more. Make sure they're all very soft for easy digestion.
