I used half of my cashew sandwich bread recipe (below) but feel free to use any of my grain-free bread recipes. Feel free to add other seasonings and spices on the bread slices before toasting, such as everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, and so on.I tend to push the toasts to the edge of darkness, but they'll still be crunchy if you don't go as dark as you see in my photos. Keep an eye on them though as they bake because they can burn, especially if you slice them on the thinner side (about ¼ inch thickness). You can go thicker, about ½ an inch or so and just bake them a bit longer.
