If you use my homemade chocolate recipe, I recommend storing the cups in the refrigerator. To make a bain-marie, add some water to a small saucepan and bring it to a steady simmer. Place a heat-safe bowl (I use a Pyrex glass bowl) on top of the simmering water and then add the chocolate to the glass bowl to gently melt it.I don't use sweetener in the peanut butter, but if you want to, add about 2 teaspoons of maple syrup or other sweetener. If your peanut butter is too creamy or soft, add a pinch of coconut flour or granulated sweetener to it to thicken it.If you want to use salted creamy peanut butter, just leave out the salt in the recipe. You can also use crunchy peanut butter if you prefer.
