Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Combine all the spices in a bowl and whisk to blend.
  • Store in a sealed container in a cool place. Spices fade over time so use within a year.
