Ingredients
1tablespoonlime juiceor lemon juice
1garlic clovepeeled and pressed or minced
2avocados
pinch of salt
Instructions
Slice each avocado the long way and use your hands to separate the two halves. Take out the pit using your fingers, or gently insert a knife into the pit to pull or twist it out.
Scoop out each avocado with a spoon. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mash with a fork or masher.
Eat! Store covered in the refrigerator for a few days.
