1 to 2tablespoonsavocado oilor other oil
2garlic clovespeeled and crushed or minced
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Warm up a frying pan on low to medium heat, and then add the oil.
Add the garlic and sauté for a minute or so.
Add the cauliflower and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cooked but not too soft or soggy.
