I like this on the mild side, but you can certainly add some grated ginger and a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat.I tend to like my sauce on the sweet side, but you can certainly take the sweetener down by 1 tablespoon or so if you prefer it a bit tangier and less sweet.If the sauce comes out a bit too thick, I add a bit more water and lime juice.If it's too thin, add a bit more peanut butter.Feel free to swap the peanut butter with your favorite nut or seed butter.For SCD, use honey.

2tablespoonswhite vinegaror other mild vinegar
½teaspoonsalt
6tablespoonswater
Instructions

Store at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
