Granola Berry Crisp

Jul 12, 2025 · Leave a Comment

Granola Berry Crisp

Gather your berries, fresh or frozen, and your favorite granola. Here's an easy dessert or snack and it pairs well with yogurt, ice cream, or any kind of whipped cream.

I've included a very simple granola with this recipe however feel free to your favorite granola or try one of my other granola recipes.

You can make this ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for about a week or so. It's also easy to make the filling and granola ahead of time and then combine them in a dish when you're ready. And it's great warm, room temperature, or cold.

I go light on the granola topping, using about one cup because I'm mostly about the berries. If you don't feel like making granola or it's not your thing, try my berry crumble or blackberry crumble. In case you're wondering what the difference is between a crumble and crisp: a crumble has a softer streusel topping and a crisp has a heavier crunchier topping.

I don't add lemon or lemon zest to the berries because my berry mix tends to be on the tart side, but feel free to add a little less sweetener if your berries are very sweet (lucky you) or some lemon juice or zest or both.
