Almond Flour Waffles {visual recipe}

Here is an illustration of my recipe for almond flour waffles by a talented graphic designer.

I am trying to claw my way back to posting recipes. It’s been a busy several months for me. And I have a SCD book review coming for you as well. Stay tuned.

For now, check out this very cool illustration that Attila Kapadia-Bodi created based on my almond flour waffle recipe from my book and this site. He has graciously allowed me to share it with you in a downloadable PDF file. Yep, you can print it, save it, and use it.

Attila is a graphic designer, and you can see more of his work at  http://callowhilldesign.com/#portfolio and on Instagram at attilakb.

I receive many amazing emails, thank you notes, and kudos from people all over the world. I try to maintain people’s privacy since many are going through personal or health struggles and they reach out mostly to thank me and ask questions.

I hope Attila doesn’t mind me sharing an excerpt from one of his emails to me. I think you’ll enjoy it…

“My favorite recipe is the almond flower waffles one. I have tried a lot of different recipes, but always went back to yours. I make a lot of waffles, so much so that I make them in batches at home and freeze them for the rest of the week.

After bringing it to work a few times and sharing it with coworkers, I somehow earned the title “The Waffle King” (at work). I was asked for the recipe by coworkers (which I know by heart by now) so many times that I wrote it out and just xeroxed it when asked. A few times people got it wrong and I became tech support for proper waffle making. Being a graphic designer, I put something nice together to make it easier to make your recipe.”

    Your Cooking for the CSpecific Diet book fell apart the second time I opened it. Any suggestions?

      Where did you purchase it? Most places should give you another copy. Please let me know if that’s not the case! Thanks for your support!
